Pricing
Every Price, Fixed Before Work Starts
No hourly billing and no number you discover mid-project. Start free with the audit, prove an agent for $1,500, or scope a full real estate build. Implementation only: licenses come from Salesforce.

Four Things That Change a Quote
The audit checks all four before we write a price, so the number you see is the number you pay.
Data readiness
Duplicates, missing fields, and undocumented picklists add cleanup days. The audit checks this first because it moves the price more than any feature.
Custom objects and Apex
Standard objects fit the Pilot and Launch. Listings, units, bookings, or anything needing Apex moves you to the Quickstart or a custom scope.
Channels
One channel is included in Launch. WhatsApp, portals, and voice each add integration work and Salesforce licensing.
Integrations outside Salesforce
Accounting, property management, or MLS systems are scoped per connection. Each one is priced in the written scope, never discovered mid-project.
Never in our price
- Salesforce and Agentforce licenses, which you buy from Salesforce
- Agentforce usage (Flex Credits or conversations), also billed by Salesforce
- Third-party ISV packages such as AscendixRE or REthink
- Data migration from a retired CRM, unless it is in the written scope
