Every Price, Fixed Before Work Starts

WHAT MOVES THE NUMBER

Four Things That Change a Quote

The audit checks all four before we write a price, so the number you see is the number you pay.

Data readiness

Duplicates, missing fields, and undocumented picklists add cleanup days. The audit checks this first because it moves the price more than any feature.

Custom objects and Apex

Standard objects fit the Pilot and Launch. Listings, units, bookings, or anything needing Apex moves you to the Quickstart or a custom scope.

Channels

One channel is included in Launch. WhatsApp, portals, and voice each add integration work and Salesforce licensing.

Integrations outside Salesforce

Accounting, property management, or MLS systems are scoped per connection. Each one is priced in the written scope, never discovered mid-project.

Never in our price

  • Salesforce and Agentforce licenses, which you buy from Salesforce
  • Agentforce usage (Flex Credits or conversations), also billed by Salesforce
  • Third-party ISV packages such as AscendixRE or REthink
  • Data migration from a retired CRM, unless it is in the written scope
Pricing Questions

Pricing FAQ

Are these prices real or starting points that grow?
They are fixed. The Pilot and Launch are one number each. The Quickstart says 'from' because scope varies by team, but you get one written number after the free audit and it does not move unless you change the scope.
Do you bill hourly?
No. Every engagement is priced fixed-scope after the audit. Retainers are the only recurring charge, and each tier is a flat monthly fee.
What do I still pay Salesforce for?
Seats and Agentforce usage. As of September 2026, Salesforce sells Core, Advanced, and Max editions that bundle Flex Credits, and legacy Enterprise and Unlimited orgs add Agentforce through the add-on or Flex Credits. We confirm exactly what your org needs before you commit to us.
Is there a cheaper way to start than the Pilot?
Yes, two free ones. The is a 30-minute session with an architect. The Real Estate AI Assessment is a self-serve scored questionnaire that tells you where you stand before you talk to anyone.
Do you offer prebuilt real estate packages?
Not as separate products yet. The Quickstart already carries the data model we use for brokerages, developers, and property managers, and it is priced as a fixed-scope implementation rather than a licence.
Which currency and payment terms?
Prices are in US dollars. Fixed-price packages are invoiced at kickoff; retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Indian clients can be invoiced in INR at the prevailing rate.

Not Sure Which One Fits?

Thirty minutes with an architect ends with a written scope and a fixed number. Or take the free self-serve assessment first.
